Colette joined Place Services in March 2025 as a Senior Urban Design Consultant with 8 years' experience across Urban Design, Master Planning and Town Planning. Colette is a Chartered Town Planner and member of the Urban Design Group and completed an Urban Design MA at Cardiff University in 2017.

Colette's current role also involves serving as the Panel Manager of the EQRP, working with multiple local authorities across the county to deliver a bespoke design quality review service.
