Jason is an experienced residential Architect helping to secure large housing planning applications initially in London and most recently in Essex. He brings to Place Services insight from working with housing developers varying in size from SMAs to large housebuilders.

Jason’s key area of expertise is in Housing Design standards in Planning and he is a Licentiate member of the RTPI.

As Principal Urban Designer, Jason is undertaking Masterplanning schemes and Urban Design Development Control work.

Jason's current role also involves serving as the Panel Manager of the EQRP, working with multiple local authorities across the county to deliver a bespoke design quality review service.
