Sherleen has over 15 years’ experience leading on energy, sustainability, and environmental strategies for built environment projects across the UK and internationally. She brings a holistic perspective to climate- and people-conscious design, balancing energy and carbon performance with thermal comfort, health and wellbeing, resource efficiency, blue and green infrastructure, affordability, and deliverability.

Drawing on her understanding of the planning and delivery process, she enables outcomes that are socially valuable and technically robust. With a consideration of the unique local context and drivers for each project, she works collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve exemplary sustainability and environmental performance.
