Colin Munsie


Colin Munsie is an experienced professional with key skills in vision building and implementation, of new ventures. He is an architect, planner and urban designer with over 35 years experience. Clients were; government, major landowners and property developers; on projects in London England, Wales; Switzerland, Vietnam, Thailand and Australia.

His links to Essex are of a business and social nature with friends in Colchester, Chelmsford and Braintree. Key projects included:

  • King Edward Quay, Colchester - Initial Proposals Public Realm Works.
  • Harlow Station Transport Interchange – Feasibility Proposals and Imagery.
  • Jaywick Development Proposals.

Professionally he played a leading role both in government, private practice in architecture and urban design. He nurtured the development of a number of faith-based group local initiatives, gaining land grants of 10, 20 and 30 acres of land and developed of:
