Victoria Hale


Victoria is an Architect and Associate Director at dRMM London Studio. dRMM is a practice renowned for sustainable, socially useful architecture, fostering a culture of joy through its schemes.  Victoria has been in the architectural industry for more than 15years and has worked at several well-regarded architectural practices, and has experience across multiple sectors: residential, education, infrastructure, and healthcare. But her predominant focus and extensive expertise are in all scales and types of housing, from residential led master planning and urban regeneration to small scale Passivhaus individual homes. She has a unique blend of creative pragmatism and deep expertise in balancing design quality with viability and buildability, and oversees projects from concept through to implementation.  Committed to sustainable development, climate-conscious architecture, and genuine community and stakeholder engagement to aid the design process.

She is also a member of the Hackney Design Review Panel, having lived and worked in that London borough for many of her formative years.  Victoria grew up in North Essex and has subsequently returned to live with her young family.  Victoria has a stewardship for her home county and has a solid understanding of its character and qualities.
