Livewell Developer Charter
Developers will have the opportunity to sign up to the ‘Livewell Developer Charter’, which commits developers to support the health and wellbeing principles within the accreditation scheme. The charter is focused on an annual review process with a minimum requirement for developers to attend health and wellbeing training and on-going monitoring. This allows the developer to promote their commitment to delivering health and wellbeing throughout their business, supporting corporate responsibilities. Signing up to the charter also shows the developer’s intention to promote residential schemes for the accreditation process.
It is requested that to be considered for the Livewell Developer Charter that you make contact by email to the Essex Design Guide Team
The charter is subject to an annual fee, to allow for the charter to be monitored and to provide annual health and wellbeing training to the chartered developer.
Sign up fee - £1,136.00+VAT
Renewal fee - £850.00+VAT
As outlined above, the Livewell Charter provides training opportunities for developers throughout the year. As part of the annual subscription this will entitle the chartered developer to attend a coordinated Health and Wellbeing training day for two attendees. The training event will be coordinated with the EPOA training programme where training, guest speaker and refreshments will be provided. Further information will be issued following sign up of the Charter.
